I have always been passionate about health and fitness. However, I decided to take it to the next level by becoming a bodybuilder figure competitor. Competing professionally pushed me physically and mentally. It also helped me to see the results of dedication, consistency, and hard work. It was then that I wanted to become a part of the fitness and health industry. I became a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition specialist. As an African- American female trainer based in Las Vegas, I have the knowledge and experience addressing challenges that go with pursuing lifelong health. This includes many different types of people with unique challenges. Start my program today and start your journey to better health and fitness.
No matter what stage of life you are in and/or have never worked out a day in your life. Maybe you have given up in the past. The best thing simply to do is to get started. If you are looking for a top female trainer in the Las Vegas or North Las Vegas area who will provide you the tools to live your healthiest life, you have come to the right place. My goal is to help you reach your fitness goals. To be your accountability partner and support system in every way possible.
Maybe you feel like it is too late. You are not motivated. You are too busy. Or the damage is done. Even as someone who is passionate about fitness, I have these same struggles. I have learned that the beginning of any fitness journey requires you to figure out your “why”? You will not be motivated every day of the week. We are human, but what we can do is prioritize our fitness and health. How do you do this? By making specific and realistic goals and committing to change.
